KIDSUNITED offers eight year-round soccer programs for children aged 1.5-9 years old, the sensitive age, the most important years for growth and character development. Our curriculum is designed around 4 key components: Brain, Body, Life, and Soccer. Through these, we focus on the whole child — promoting healthy habits, building confidence, and helping every child grow into an active, well-rounded individual both on and off the field.
Our programs are divided into three categories: Foundation, Fundamental, and Advanced. Read on to find out which is the best fit for your child.
Foundation
(Parent & Me)
(Ages 1 .5 to 3.5)
Our Foundations category is where every child’s soccer journey begins! Designed as Parent & Me programs, KUB for ages 1.5–2.5 and Little Champs for ages 2.5–3.5 focus on building the core skills that set the stage for lifelong growth and success.
In KUB, parents actively participate as children explore movement through obstacle courses, body mastery games, and playful soccer activities that develop balance, coordination, and early cognitive skills. As children progress to Little Champs, they begin to take more ownership, learning to dribble, pass, shoot, and work as part of a team — all while strengthening focus, discipline, and independence.Through movement, play, and positive connection, our foundation programs help children grow emotionally, socially, and physically. All while building independence, preparing them for the next step in their KIDSUNITED journey.
KUB
(1.5 to 2.4 years)
Little Champs
(2.5 to 3.5 years)
Fundamental
(Ages 3.5 to 9)
Our fundamental category consists of three Drills to Skills programs, which are perfect for beginner-level players and provide the fundamentals for essential soccer and life skills. With age-based programs — Drills to Skills Junior (Ages 3.5–5), Drills to Skills (Ages 5–7), and Drills to Skills PRO (Ages 7–9) — children learn at the right pace for their age. Through fun, engaging activities, players work on Body Mastery, which prepares children to succeed as athletes in soccer or any other sport they wish to play. Children build control, balance, and coordination while also improving their speed. In the soccer component, they develop an understanding of all the fundamentals of the game, such as proper dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting techniques, and through 1v1s, they are taught how to use those skills in real time. Within Life Skills, children build confidence, focus, leadership, and responsibility.
Children move through the Drills to Skills programs at their own pace, ensuring they master the fundamentals before advancing. By focusing on both technical and personal growth, these programs give every child the foundation they need to progress confidently into our advanced programs when they are ready for more complex challenges and technical play.
Drills To Skills Jr
(3.5 to 4 years)
Drills To Skills
(5 to 7 years)
Drills To Skills Pro
(7 to 9 years)
Advanced
(Ages 4.5 to 9)
Our advanced programs are designed for young players ready to take their skills to the next level. Building on the fundamentals developed in earlier stages, these programs focus on refining individual technical ability, improving game intelligence, and strengthening life skills such as teamwork, focus, and perseverance. Through age-appropriate challenges, players develop control, creativity, and decision-making in 1v1 situations and small-sided games.
From Tekkers to IQ Soccer and KidsUnited Premier, children progress through a pathway that emphasizes individual skill, tactical understanding, and mental sharpness. By combining purposeful training with fun, game-based activities, our advanced programs prepare players not only for more competitive soccer but also for personal growth that extends beyond the field.
