KidsUnited Moorestown, NJ is looking for a Youth Soccer Coach!
Kidsunited is seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated Head Coach to lead our [Men’s/Women’s/Youth] senior team. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead all senior team training sessions, match preparation, and post-match analysis. Manage the overall performance and discipline of the squad.
- Tactical Development: Develop and implement a clear, progressive playing philosophy and tactical strategy across the entire season.
- Player Development: Identify, recruit, and nurture both current and future talent. Conduct individualized player evaluations and development plans.
- Staff Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the assistant coaching staff, medical team, and performance analysts.
- Club Integration: Work closely with the [Academy Director/Board/General Manager] to align the senior team’s strategy with the club’s long-term vision and academy development pathway.
- Matchday Duties: Oversee all aspects of matchday operations, including team selection, in-game management, and substitutions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Coaching Licenses: Minimum [UEFA A License / USSF A License / Equivalent National Governing Body License].
- Experience: Proven track record of success (minimum 5 years) in coaching senior/professional level football. Experience managing a team in a competitive league environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern football tactics, sports science principles, and player psychology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to motivate players, manage diverse personalities, and effectively communicate with the media and club management.
- Commitment: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the match and training schedule.
